"Caution: Rigid Return Policy"
The lights arrived while I was out of town, and upon checking them out, they didn’t quite meet our expectations.
I tried to send them back, but it turns out I was on day 16 and had to ask for a return by day 14.
The customer service team showed no leniency.
Not very customer-friendly.
This isn’t what you’d expect nowadays.

In search of a unique addition for our new conservatory, we scoured all over. Strolled into the lighting store and were shown a bunch of fantastic lights, plus got some tips on what to steer clear of. The fixtures showed up well ahead of schedule for installation and they look stunning.

"Fantastic Customer Experience"
Fantastic customer experience! I ordered a stunning chandelier that showed up in just a couple of days. It was all wrapped up really well, and they even included some extra parts, which was super helpful since I accidentally broke one of the hanging crystal pendants. I’ll definitely be back to buy another light soon.

"Unsatisfactory Returns Policy"
I got some glass light pendants that didn’t hang straight—they leaned to one side. I sent them back and requested the returns label after 14 days, but I didn’t quite get the policy right and ended up sending the items back 5 days late. The company won’t give me a refund. Honestly, I find this returns policy pretty old-fashioned and lacking empathy, especially in today’s fast-paced world. I wouldn’t suggest using this service unless you’re okay with the risks of their returns policy.

I had a fantastic experience with The Lighting Company. They even sent me an email to see if I had overlooked buying bulbs (I had some at home already). My order came super fast, and I got a follow-up email to ensure I was satisfied with everything. I’d definitely recommend them. The light is gorgeous and top-notch quality.

"Accidentally got the wrong size..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size lights (totally my bad), so I reached out to return them. Rhyce got back to me right away, giving me options for the right size replacement and helping with the shipping and price difference between the two items on the spot. He made everything super easy.
